May 15, 2007 - Gold Level Certification for the Scottsdale Senior Center at Granite Reef was awarded by the Green Building Council. 
What is LEED?
 
 
This is the first public building in
Scottsdale to receive LEED certification
under the city's green building policy.

 


Pearson Engineering Associates, Inc. engineers teamed up with Gabor Lorant Architect, Inc. to ensure enjoyable human comfort levels in the Senior Center utilizing innovative technologies to regulate temperature and humidity, while maximizing water savings and use of natural
