Downtown Campus Student Recreation Center

Pearson Engineering Provided Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical design for this new 60,000 S.F Recreation Center located at the downtown campus. This new 4-story $25M project achieved LEED Silver Certification.

AK-Chin Entertainment Complex

Maricopa, AZ
Pearson Engineering provided Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Engineering for this 134,600 S.F Two-Story Entertainment Center in Maricopa, AZ. The facility includes a 60,000 SF (12) Theater Cinema, a 33,000 S.F (24) lane Bowling Center with a 3,000 S.F kitchen, approximately 10,000 S.F of Common Area, a 9,600 S.F Arcade/Laser Tag room, and approximately 22,000 S.F of general retail and administration space.

Isleta Casino

Albuquerque N.M
PEA provided Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Design for the Expansion and Renovations to the existing Casino. New work included Central Plant design, parking lot and site lighting, New Bingo Venue, New 777 Bar, and new Poker Room. Renovation work included the existing Casino, Showroom, and Restaurants.

ISM Raceway (Formerly Phoenix Intl. Raceway)

Phoenix, AZ
Pearson Engineering provided Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Design for the Renovations/Additions at the ISM Raceway. The $178M project included renovations to (32) existing suites, addition of (19) new suites. In addition, a new care center, ticket and guest services building were added. In the infield and fan zone, new dining area, garages, new media center and a new fan zone bar were added.

Sub Zero Manufacturing

Goodyear, AZ
PEA provided Mechanical, Plumbing, Process piping, and Electrical Design for an approximately 440,000 S.F Manufacturing Build-out for Sub Zero, a Manufacturer of High End Refrigerators, Freezers, and Wine Coolers. Project scope also included design for the installation of Sub Zero’s production equipment. Production system design included: Foam insulation system in liquid state piped to point of use activated by Nitrogen, Leak test utilizing helium charging, Refrigerant recovery system of recovery of various refrigerants used, Iso-Butane charging station, Plant compressed air system, and Lab Area temperature, humidity and ventilation control. This project received an ASHRAE Technology Award.

Central Admixture Pharmacy (CAPS) Tenant Improvement

Phoenix, AZ
PEA provided Mechanical and Plumbing Design for a 250,000 S.F Pharmaceutical Sterile Injectable Compounder Facility TI. Building Elements include Offices, Laboratories, Cleanrooms and Air-Conditioned Warehouse Space.

Avella Expansion – Phase 1

Phoenix, AZ
PEA provided Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Design Services for the Avella Expansion. Expansion included a new Gown Room installation of the 503B Area with ISO7 Rooms and Non-Sterile Area, Fulfillment Operation with CDU, relocated Offices, Cubicles, Conference Room, Breakroom, and Restroom Additions.

Commercial/Retail

Harley Davidson of Scottsdale

Scottsdale, AZ
Pearson Engineering provided Mechanical and Plumbing design for this new Harley Davidson dealership that included approximately 85,000 S.F of miscellaneous retail space and an additional 50,000 S.F of underground parking on an approximately 3.75 acre site. The retail space included a showroom sales floor, a movie theatre for customer viewings, a wedding chapel, tattoo parlor, concessions, motorcycle service garage and sales offices.

Scottsdale Quarter

Scottsdale, AZ
Pearson Engineering provided Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical Design for (8) shell buildings consisting of approximately 580,379 Square Feet of mixed-use Retail, Office, Restaurant, and Entertainment/Cinema space. Project also included two (2) Parking structures totaling 906,852 Square Feet. One of the structures is 7 levels including 2 sub-grade levels, and the other parking structure is 8 levels with 2 sub-grade levels. This project was voted “Best Retail Project of 2009” by Southwest Contractor Magazine. Subsequently, PEA has completed several Tenant Improvement within Scottsdale Quarter.

Chinle High School Sports Complex & Natatorium

Pearson Engineering provided Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical Engineering/Design for this new 100,000 S.F, $18,000,000.00 Sports Complex and new 30,000 S.F $5,000,000 Natatorium at Chinle High School in Chinle, Arizona. Project scope included new Central Plant design to serve both buildings, Electrical design included lighting, power, and special system design.

Eagle College Prep. Classroom and Gymnasium Addition

Phoenix, AZ
Pearson Engineering provided Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical Design for this new 2-Story, approximately 15,000 Square Foot Addition to an existing Charter School. The new addition included a new Gymnasium, Classrooms, Offices, Conference Room, Music Room, and Storage Room.

Cesar Chavez High School

Phoenix, AZ
Pearson Engineering provided Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design for this new High School Campus. New building square footage totaled approximately 328,000 that included Administration, Classrooms, Offices, and Gymnasium.

Pearson Engineering provided Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Design for this new 11-story high end apartment building next to ASU campus. The project included 3 levels of subgrade parking and approximately 6,000 S.F. of ground floor retail/commercial space.

Contour Condominiums Project

Phoenix, AZ
Pearson Engineering provided Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical Design for this new 4-Story, One Hundred Thirteen (113) Unit Condominium Project. The Project included Podium Design and Two (2) Levels of Sub-Grade Parking.

Luke Air Force Base Squadron Operations (Squad Ops) / Aircraft Maintenance Unit (AMU) 5

Glendale, AZ
PEA provided Mechanical and Plumbing design for the new Squadron Operations and Aircraft Maintenance Unit 5 Buildings to support the F35 Program at Luke Air Force Base. The project included a new approximately 29,600 S.F Squad Ops. Building and a new approximately 13,050 S.F AMU building.

Sky Harbor International Airport Consolidated Rental Car Center

Phoenix, AZ
Pearson Engineering provided HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical Design for the new Consolidated Rental Car Center at Sky Harbor International Airport in Phoenix. Project elements included the 150,000 S.F Customer Service Building and the 2,000,000 S.F (3) story parking structure.
